VERY IMPORTANT
If you have holidays coming up and are not going to be able to make one or more fixtures, PLEASE LET US KNOW! It is not a major problem, we can arrange another match for your opponents and you will not be fined any match fees providing you give us 48 hours notice.
If you are going to miss matches, don't just not bother to turn up, that infuriates us and your opponents. Call, text, email, write, whatever you need to do, JUST LET US KNOW!
If you do go on holiday and nobody bothers to let us know, you will be charged for missed fixtures plus two weeks notice of not pulling out so there will be a hefty bill waiting for you on your return. Avoid all the hassle, just be honest with us and let us know your plans and we can make arrangements so that you can remain in the leagues and return to fixtures when you get back from your holiday.
