IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING CANCELLING MATCHES
We have changed our policy regarding match cancellations after consultation with our teams and referees to make it easier for everyone involved in the leagues
If you cannot make a fixture, you now only need to give 24 HOURS notice to avoid being charged. Any teams NOT giving 24 hours notice will simply be fined the full match fee, no exceptions. This match fee must be paid the following week before your match kicks off to ensure your team can continue in the league.
All players know their plans 24 hours in advance, if there are events or issues which conflict with your match then you will almost certainly know about it in advance so we are not asking for much by requesting 24 hours notice.
If teams adhere to this ruling it will help ensure our leagues continue to run smoothly and opponents are not let down at late notice which is what happens if a team cancels a few hours before their match.
This updated ruling will be strictly enforced from Sunday 18th July onwards.
